At DONNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring any glass or delicate beauty containers are well-protected for transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
